BybitGPT is a digital product delivered instantly, including downloadable software and a license key. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Digital delivery

Because the software and license are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are considered final once the download and license have been issued, except as described below.

When we will help

• If the software fails to activate or is technically broken and we cannot resolve it with you, contact us and we'll make it right.
• If you were charged in error or twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.

What isn't covered

Refunds are not provided for trading losses, for market outcomes, for a change of mind after download, or for not reading how the software works. The software is a tool, not a profit guarantee.
