These Terms govern your purchase and use of BybitGPT ("the software", "the robot"). By buying, installing, or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. What you're buying
BybitGPT is a software tool that connects to your own Bybit account and automates trading based on its strategy engine and an AI risk filter. You are buying a license to use the software. You are not buying financial advice, a managed account, or any guarantee of profit.
2. License
Your purchase grants a single-device, non-transferable license for personal use, including updates for the licensed version. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software unless you have a separate written reseller/operator agreement with us.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your Bybit account, your API keys, your configuration, and every trade the software places on your account.
- You must keep your Secret Key private and keep withdrawals disabled on your API key.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and exchange rules that apply to you, including any restrictions on automated or leveraged trading in your country.
4. No profit guarantee
Trading cryptocurrency futures with leverage carries a high risk of loss. The software is a disciplined execution and risk-management tool — the market decides outcomes. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, exchange outages, API errors, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes
We may update the software and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
