• Support messages: anything you send us via WhatsApp or email.
• Basic site analytics: standard, non-identifying usage data to improve the site.

What we do NOT collect

We do not receive or store your Bybit API keys or Secret Key. Those stay on your own machine inside the app. We never see your exchange credentials or your funds.

How we use it

To deliver your license, provide support, process payments through our payment provider, and send you important product updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Payment data

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or wallet credentials on our servers.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
